PARK MEDI WORLD : EXPANDS OPERATIONS VIA 300-BED HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT CONTRACT IN KANPUR
• Park Medi World's subsidiary Aggarwal Hospital and Research Services Private Limited (AHRSPL) entered into an O&M agreement with Axis Educational Society (AES). • The agreement is for operating and managing a 300-bed multi-super speciality hospital in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, for a term of 28 years. • AHRSPL shall pay AES a revenue share equivalent to 6% of collections subject to applicable taxes with a minimum guaranteed amount of ₹20,00,000 per month inclusive of GST during the First Year, thereafter, ₹20,00,000 per month plus GST. • Park Group will assume complete operation and management of the hospital on an asset-light basis, investing in renovation, modernisation and medical equipment. • The effective date of the said Operation and Management Agreement shall be no later than April 01, 2027. • Rationale: Extends Park Group's growing footprint in Uttar Pradesh and reinforces the Group's strategy of building density in the State.
