• Navigant Corporate Advisors Limited appointed as Manager to the Offer by Nilesh Jayantilal Patel (Acquirer-1), Vishal Jayantilal Patel (Acquirer-2) and Bharatkumar Pravinchandra Keshrani (Acquirer-3) for acquiring up to 23,16,964 equity shares of Niks Technology Limited. • The offer represents 26.00% of the Expanded Equity and Voting Share Capital at a price of Rs. 136/- per share. • The open offer is made under Regulation 3(1), 4 read with Regulation 15(1) and 13(2)(g) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. • The Detailed Public Statement (DPS) was published on 16th September, 2026 as per Regulation 13 (4) & 14 (3) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. • A copy of the DPS is attached for reference and records, and a soft copy is also being submitted.
