• Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with DenEB Air Gases Private Limited. • Collaboration is for jointly identifying, pursuing, bidding for, securing and executing EPC projects in the LNG, LCNG and CNG infrastructure sectors. • MoU is part of the company's strategic business growth initiatives and opportunities for business expansion. • DenEB Air Gases has expertise across Natural Gas, LNG, LPG, cryogenic systems and on-site clean gas generation solutions. • Arrangement expected to enhance ability to identify, pursue and execute opportunities in the sector and improve competitiveness.
