MOTILAL OSWAL FINANCIAL SERVICES : ALLOTMENT OF 7,900 SENIOR BONDS

• Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited has approved the allotment of 7,900 fully paid, secured, rated, redeemable, listed, senior bonds in the nature of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). • Each NCD has a face value of ₹1,00,000/-, aggregating to ₹79 Crore. • The bonds are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). • The tenure of the instrument is 5 years, with allotment on September 16, 2026, and maturity on September 16, 2031. • The NCDs are secured by a first-ranking, pari passu charge by way of hypothecation over all present and future receivables of the company.
