JUNIPER HOTELS : PROPOSES ACQUISITION OF NOVOTEL IMAGICAA FOR RS 248 CR

• Juniper Hotels has approved the proposed acquisition of the Novotel Imagicaa hotel in Khopoli, Maharashtra. • The aggregate lump-sum purchase consideration is ~₹248 Cr (approximately ₹2,480 crore). • The acquisition includes the hotel undertaking, comprising approximately 11 acres of land and 287 guest rooms. • The transaction is subject to definitive agreements and regulatory approvals. • Completion is expected on or before March 31, 2027.
