• Intimation regarding application filed under Section 19(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 on 10.07.2026 in the matter of Astron Paper & Board Mills Limited - Under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ("Corporate Debtor"). • The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) commenced on 11 May 2026 pursuant to order by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ("Hon'ble NCLT"). • An application under Section 19(2) of the IBC was filed on 10.07.2026 before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench. • The application seeks directions against concerned personnel/persons of the Corporate Debtor for providing necessary assistance and cooperation to the Resolution Professional.
