• Company allotted 12,00,000 Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of face value Rs. 1,00,000 each • Total issue size Rs. 10,000 crore with an option to retain over-subscription up to Rs. 2,500 crore ("Green Shoe Option") • Coupon rate of 7.47% p.a.; maturity on September 16, 2031 • Credit rating of "CRISIL AAA/ Stable" and "CARE AAA/Stable" • NCDs to be listed on BSE and NSE Impact: Neutral (Standard debt issuance for funding)
