• The company announced the appointment of Mr. Vatsal Jain as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). • Mr. Jain's academic qualifications and prior professional experience in investment banking, financial modeling, and strategic analysis equip him with the required capabilities. • He holds a Master of Science in Management from Georgetown University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst candidate. • Mr. Jain has investment banking experience with Zanskar Advisors Private Limited and prior experience with the Company as Strategy Analyst and Head of Strategy. • His appointment is for a term of 5 years, effective September 16, 2026.
