NEXUS SELECT TRUST : DISCLOSES PLEDGE OF 1,300,000 UNITS
• BREP Asia SG Forum Holding (NQ) Pte. Ltd. has pledged 1,300,000 units of Nexus Select Trust. • The pledge is in favor of Deutsche Bank AG, acting as onshore security agent for the lenders. • This action secures obligations of NXST ML (NQ) Limited under a credit facility. • The pledge agreement was dated June 3, 2026, with an amendment and restatement agreement dated September 23, 2025. • The encumbrance period is until September 23, 2028, subject to the facility agreement terms. • The borrowed amounts are for genuine business purposes of the pledgor outside India.
