• Fortis Hospotel Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, signed definitive agreements with Seth Sunder Lal Jain Charitable Eye Hospital (SLJ Society) for providing healthcare services to a 400+ bedded super specialty hospital at Ashok Vihar, New Delhi. • Fortis Hospotel will have exclusive rights to provide inpatient healthcare and specialized equipment services. • The hospital will be owned, operated, and managed by SLJ Society, with Fortis providing services. • Fortis Hospotel will also provide a loan to SLJ Society for construction, upgradation, and operation, up to INR 5,67,00,00,000. • The date of occurrence of the event was September 16, 2026.
