• The company has issued a notice of termination to NTPC Limited with immediate effect. • The termination is in respect of the EPC Agreement for BESS Implementation at NTPC Thermal Power Stations (Lot-1); Mouda Super Thermal Power Station (Mouda). • The company invoked the applicable dispute resolution mechanism. • The financial impact of the termination is presently being assessed.
