SURATWWALA : SUBSIDIARY WINS RS 69 CR ORDER FOR 20MWAC /28.1 MWP (DC) SOLAR POWER PLANT

• Suratwwala Natural Energy Resource Private Limited, a subsidiary, has been awarded an EPC basis Letter of Intent by M/s. Shree Tatyasaheb Kore Warana SSK Ltd. • The order is for Design, Supply, Construction, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance of a 20MW (AC)/28.1 MW (DC) Solar Power Plant in Kolhapur, Sangli District, Maharashtra. • The contract includes Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance at ₹50,00,000/- per year and Minimum Guaranteed Generation of 42.0048 MUs per year. • The broad commercial consideration is ₹69 Crores Only (Excluding GST). • No promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the Letter of Intent. • The transaction does not fall within the purview of related party transactions.
