• Board allotted 271,200 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each upon conversion of 90,400 warrants. • The warrants were initially allotted on December 29, 2025, at an issue price of Rs. 1,250/- per warrant. • 25% of the issue price (Rs. 312.50/-) was paid upfront, with the balance paid upon exercise. • The entitlement was adjusted post a 1:2 bonus issue, resulting in three equity shares per warrant. • Allotted shares rank pari passu with existing equity shares.
