NHC FOODS : ACQUIRES LOTMOR BRANDS AND WALYA'S BEVERAGES
• NHC Foods to acquire up to 88% stake in Lotmor Brands and up to 80% in Walya's Beverages • Consideration may be paid in cash or through NHC Foods equity shares at Rs. 6.50 per share • Lotmor Brands recorded turnover of Rs. 2.46 crore in FY23 and Rs. 2.60 crore in FY24; Walya's Beverages recorded turnover of Rs. 0.71 crore in FY24 • Acquisitions expected to strengthen procurement and distribution capabilities and complement existing business • Board appoints Mr. Suryakant Dhondu Walavalkar as Additional Director, designated as Executive Director
