RAILTEL : SECURED RS 63.15 CR ORDER FROM PRASAR BHARTI FOR OTT PLATFORM

• RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Prasar Bharti (Broadcasting Corporation Of India) Director General, Doordashan. • The LoI is for additional features/services on the existing WAVES OTT Platform. • The estimated size of the order is ₹63,15,14,433 (including tax). • The order is to be executed by February 11, 2029. • The order is for a service nature and is domestic. • This is not a related party transaction.
