• Farm Peace Limited board approved expansion into cultivation, contract farming and associated activities relating to various vegetables and grains. • New line of business belongs to Agriculture / Agri-business / Contract Farming sector. • Company will undertake cultivation, contract farming, procurement, aggregation and supply of various vegetables (Cucumber, Cauliflower, Bottle Gourd, Brinjal, White Radish) and grains (Rice, Maize, Wheat). • Expected benefits include broadening product portfolio, leveraging farmer network, diversifying revenue streams and growth opportunities. • Company will invest approximately ₹5 Crore in this expansion, subject to operational scale.
