SHREE CEMENT : BOARD MEETING ON OCT 23 TO APPROVE Q2 RESULTS

• Board meeting scheduled for Friday, 23rd October, 2026 to consider and approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2026. • Trading window for dealing in securities will be closed from 1st October, 2026 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results, i.e., up to 25th October, 2026 (both days inclusive).
