• Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench, has pronounced its order sanctioning the Scheme of Merger and Amalgamation of Rudra Ecovation Limited with Shiva Texfabs Limited. • The order approving the Scheme was pronounced on 16.09.2026. • The company is awaiting the formal/certified copy of the order. • Upon receipt, the company will take necessary steps and make requisite filings/intimations with stock exchanges and statutory authorities. • Further information will be provided upon receipt of the formal order and completion of consequential statutory compliances.
