OM POWER TRANSMISSION LIMITED : WINS RS 40.69 CR ORDER FOR NTPC SOLAR PLANT
• Company received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Hild Projects Private Limited for design, equipment supply, civil construction, electrical equipment installation, testing and commissioning of the 220kV AIS Switchyard for 600 MW NTPC Solar Power Plant at Bhuj. • The contract price is Rs. 40.69 Crores (Excluding GST). • The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity. • The nature of the order is design, equipment supply, civil construction, electrical equipment installation, testing and commissioning. • The time period for execution is 10 months from the date of LOA. • Neither the promoter nor group companies have any interest in Hild Projects Private Limited. • The order is not a related party transaction.
