• Mr. Chandra Shekhar Sharma withdrew consent for sale of 107 CCPS amounting to ₹1,03,654/- • Acquisition of 107 CCPS will not be undertaken; ₹1,03,654/- paid has been received back by the Company • Aggregate consideration for acquisition revised from ₹1,24,76,944/- to ₹1,23,73,290/- • Post-transaction, Company expected to hold ~36.80% of Edument's fully diluted share capital vs. earlier 37.41%
