• The company approved raising of funds by issuance and allotment of up to 8,32,03,383 equity shares of face value of ₹1/- each on a preferential basis through private placement. • Issue price ₹8.85/- per equity share, including a securities premium of ₹7.85/- per equity share, aggregating up to ₹73.63 Cr. • The proposal is subject to shareholders' approval and other necessary regulatory approvals.
