• Enshrine Leasing and Infotech Private Limited has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Share India Securities Limited. • The aggregate consideration for the acquisition was Rs. 39,71,50,856/- (Rs. 39.72 Cr). • The acquisition was completed on September 17, 2026.
