HCC LTD : JV TO FORM NEW CO FOR INFRA DEVELOPMENT

• Hindustan Construction Company Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, HCC Infrastructure Company Limited ("HICL"), will incorporate a public limited company jointly with Ceigall India Limited. • The new entity will be named "HC Concessions Limited" or another name approved by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. • HICL will subscribe to 51% of the paid-up equity share capital and make a capital contribution of ₹51,000/- • The proposed company will focus on infrastructure development, including roads, bridges, townships, power stations, and urban infrastructure projects. • It will undertake various infrastructure development models such as Build-Own-Operate, Build-Own-Transfer, and Hybrid Annuity Model.
