INDO NATIONAL : PROPOSES INVESTMENT IN AXIAL AERO PRIVATE LIMITED WORTH RS 3.9 CR

• Board approved the execution of a Share Subscription Agreement and a Shareholders' Agreement with Axial Aero Private Limited and its promoters. • Proposes to invest ₹3,90,94,666 by subscribing to 35,249 Class C Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares in Axial Aero. • This investment, along with existing shareholding, will represent 7.97% of Axial Aero's share capital on a fully diluted basis. • Axial Aero is engaged in developing flight simulation and digital terrain technologies for military and commercial domains. • The transaction is not a related party transaction and is done at arm's length.
