• The scheme of arrangement and amalgamation between Triumph Offshore Private Limited and Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited has become effective from September 17, 2026. • The scheme was approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench. • The Appointed Date for the scheme is April 1, 2024. • The certified copy of the NCLT order has been filed with the Registrar of Companies by both companies today.
