BSL LTD : ACQUIRES 26% STAKE IN SUBSIDIARY BHADLA MINIGRID SOLAR 5 PVT LTD
• BSL Limited acquired 2,350,000 equity shares, representing 26% of the equity share capital of Bhadla Minigrid Solar 5 Private Limited. • Bhadla Minigrid Solar 5 Private Limited is a special purpose vehicle for a 4.4 MW AC/ 6.5 MW DC + 4.92 MWH BESS solar power project. • The acquisition aims to augment captive renewable energy capacity. • The total equity investment was Rs. 2.35 Crore. • The target entity operates outside the main business of BSL Limited.
