• Arvind Limited has completed the acquisition of 26.60% equity shares of Torrent Urja 21 Private Limited. • The acquisition was made in accordance with the terms of the Power Transfer Agreement and Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement. • This follows an earlier disclosure dated August 25, 2026, regarding the agreement to acquire equity shares of Torrent Urja 12 Private Limited and Torrent Urja 21 Private Limited. • The company has been requested to take this update on record.
