PETRONET LNG LIMITED : EXPANSION VIA JV FOR 10 CBG PLANTS
• Board approved the proposal for incorporation of a 50:50 Joint Venture Company with Gruner Renewable Energy Private Limited. • The JV will establish 10 CBG plants each of 18MT/day capacity across the country. • Estimated capital outlay for the project is Rs. 1,200 crore.
