GR INFRAPROJECTS LTD : INVOKES MOBILIZATION ADVANCE BG & INSURANCE SURETY BONDS

• NTPC Limited has invoked a mobilization advance bank guarantee amounting to ₹49.52 Cr from HDFC Bank Limited and three insurance performance surety bonds aggregating to ₹41.34 Cr from Bajaj General Insurance Limited. • The invocation is in relation to contract numbers CS-9575-171A-9-FC-COA-7978, CS-9575-171A-9-SC-COA-7979 and CS-9575-171A-9-TC-COA-7980. • The company had issued a notice of termination on September 15, 2026, for these contracts. • GR Infraprojects is examining the matter and evaluating its course of action. • The company states there is presently no material impact on business operations from the invocation.
