DALBHARAT: MUMBAI STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% EQUITY SHARES OF AMPL GREEN CITY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
• Ascension Mercantile Private Limited (AMPL), a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Dalmia Bharat, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, AMPL Green City Solutions Private Limited. • The new subsidiary allotted 10,000 equity shares (100% equity stake) at par to AMPL. • The acquisition falls under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. • Details as required under SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are provided in the annexure.
