BANK OF MAHARASHTRA : PRICING OF NOTES UNDER MTN PROGRAMME

• Bank of Maharashtra has concluded the issuance of Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes amounting to USD 500 Million. • The notes have a maturity of 5 years with a coupon of 6.112% p.a. payable semi-annually. • They are issued under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act, 1933, under the USD 500 Million Medium Term Note Programme. • The notes will be issued through the IFSC Banking Unit at GIFT City on September 24, 2026. • They will be listed on India INX and NSE IX.
