ACME SOLAR HOLDINGS LTD : EXPANSION OF BESS CAPACITY

• ACME Solar Holdings Limited (ASHL) subsidiary ACME Greentech Seventh Private Limited commissioned Phase-II of the BESS component, comprising 52.32 MW/209.28 MWh of the FDRE Project. • The project is located at Village: Kelan, Tehsil: Chhatargarh, District: Bikaner, Rajasthan. • The commercial operation date (COD) for this phase is September 19, 2026. • With this commissioning, ACME Greentech Seventh Private Limited has achieved a commissioned capacity of 105.95 MW / 423.80 MWh of the BESS component. • The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for this project has been signed with SJVN Limited. • ACME Solar expects to commission the entire BESS capacity for this project by Q3 of the current fiscal.
