• NSE and BSE granted listing approval for 30,04,55,030 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each, issued on preferential basis • Shares bearing distinctive numbers from 1,54,19,28,781 to 1,84,23,83,810 • Listing approval is subject to receipt of confirmation from depositories (NSDL and CDSL) • BSE also noted that trading approval will be granted after NSE listing approval and confirmation from NSDL/CDSL • BSE noted that trading approval will be granted after confirmation of credit of shares to beneficiary accounts
