QMS MEDICAL ALLIED SERVICES: STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% EQUITY OF SAARATHI HEALTHCARE PVT LTD

• QMS Medical Allied Services Ltd acquired the balance 24% equity stake comprising 1,98,000 shares for a cash consideration of ₹14.225 crore. • The company acquired Saarathi Healthcare Pvt Ltd in June 2024 with a 51% stake, increased to 76% in October 2025. • This acquisition strengthens QMS MAS's strategy to build an integrated healthcare services platform spanning patient screening, early diagnosis, disease management and patient engagement.
