KIRLOSKAR INDUSTRIES : APPOINTS ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR AT SUBSIDIARY

• Avante Spaces Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kirloskar Industries Limited, has appointed Mr. George Verghese as an Additional Director. • Mr. Verghese has also been appointed as the Managing Director of Avante Spaces Limited. • The appointments are effective from September 18, 2026, subject to member approval. • Mr. Verghese holds a Master's Degree in Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. • He has over two decades of experience in corporate leadership, business transformation, strategy execution, and governance. • He currently serves as the Managing Director of Kirloskar Industries Limited (KIL).
