TCM LIMITED : ENTERS JOINT VENTURE FOR RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
• TCM LIMITED entered into binding MoU with M/s Asset Homes Private Limited and Mr. Suhas Nandan for forming a Joint Venture/SPV named "ASSET TCM ESTATES PVT LTD". • The venture is for the development of a premium residential villa project at Kalamassery, Ernakulam. • TCM Limited will be the landowning partner, M/s Asset Homes will be the developer, and Mr. Suhas Nandan will be the investor. • Mr. Suhas Nandan to invest Rs. 25,00,00,000 (Rupees Twenty-Five Crore) or more as working capital for the project. • The Loan Amount will carry a return at the rate of 20% per annum compounded annually for a period of 3 years or earlier repayment. • Parties to execute a Joint Development Agreement and a Shareholders' Agreement. • Impact: The company's participation in this joint venture will contribute to its future growth and revenue streams.
