CAPITAL INFRA TRUST RAISED RS 124.99 CR FUNDS FROM QIB @ N/A/SHARE
• Funds will be used for acquisition of Target SPVs and/or assets, and providing shareholder loans. • Rs. 1,24,99,92,800 is allocated for shareholder loans and other permitted financial assistance. • A portion is allocated for general corporate purposes, with the remainder for permissible uses under the Trust Deed. • The Trust also approved amendments to the Project Management Agreement, restricting the Project Manager's right to terminate the PMA after the initial 5-year validity period. Impact: Funds to be utilized for acquisition of Target SPVs and/or assets, and providing shareholder loans.
