• The acceptance period for the public takeover offer by Persistent Systems Limited to the shareholders of Nagarro SE has expired as of September 17, 2026. • Upon expiry, the offer condition set out in section 12.1.1 (Minimum Acceptance Threshold) of the Offer Document has been fulfilled.
