• Hazoor Multi Projects Limited received a Work Order from Emerald Haven Life Spaces 3 Private Limited (EHLS3PL). • The contract is for RCC Core & Shell works at "PTR Phase 2" Residential project in Pallavaram, Chengalpattu, Chennai. • The total consideration for the order is Rs. 2,07,44,57,481 (Rupees Two Hundred Seven Crores Forty Four Lakhs Fifty Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Eighty One Only). • The execution period for the order is 30 months from the handover of the site, with an expected handover in November 2026.
