• Company has entered into a Tripartite Agreement with M/s Bigshare Services Private Limited (New RTA) and M/s Alankit Assignments Limited (Old RTA). • This follows an earlier letter dated 01.01.2026 intimating change of the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company. • The agreement is in terms of Regulation 7 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
