• Replus Engitech Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of HEG, has received orders from Indus Towers Limited. • The orders are for the supply of Lithium-Ion Battery Banks. • The total consideration for the orders is Rs. 217.56 Cr, inclusive of GST. • The orders are to be executed on or before March 31, 2027. • Impact: Positive (Order win for subsidiary, expanding business in battery supply for telecom infrastructure.)
