• Nemera Technologies Co. Ltd., a step-down subsidiary of Methodhub Software Limited, received an order valued at approximately INR 161 crores. • The order is from an international entity registered in the Kingdom of Thailand for a Managed Services agreement of telecom network infrastructure. • The contract is a two-year Managed Services (MS) Agreement for maintenance of telecom network infrastructure. • The contract is valid until July 2028. • Neither the promoter, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order. • The order(s)/contract(s) would not fall within related party transactions.
