• The Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Chennai Bench 'D', has allowed the company's appeal. • The ITAT has set aside the tax demand of ₹1.17 crore previously upheld by the National Faceless Assessment Unit for AY 2022-23. • The demand was primarily on account of transfer pricing adjustments and disallowance of scientific research expenditure. • Pursuant to the order, there is no material impact on the financial position, operations, or other activities of the Company.
