HEG LTD : WINS RS 217.56 CRORE ORDER FOR LITHIUM-ION BATTERY BANKS FROM INDUS TOWERS VIA SUBSIDIARY

• Subsidiary Replus Engitech Private Limited received orders from Indus Towers Limited (formerly Bharti Infratel Limited). • Orders are for the supply of Lithium-Ion Battery Banks. • Broad consideration is Rs. 217.56 Crore (Rupees Two Hundred Seventeen Crore Fifty Six Lakh only), inclusive of GST. • Orders to be executed on or before March 31, 2027, or such extended date as may be mutually agreed. • The transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
