• Welspun Global Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Welspun Corp, has approved the incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary in Jordan, to be named 'Welspun Pipe Jordan, PSC' or similar, subject to regulatory approval. • The subsidiary will engage in manufacturing, processing, and fabricating iron and steel wires, tubes, and pipes for various industrial sectors, including casting and processing of iron and steel and manufacturing of related products.
