• Up to 12,00,000 equity shares issued to Sri Adhikari Brothers Assets Holdings Private Limited at ₹22.50 per share. • Up to 73,00,000 equity shares issued to Strategic Investors (Public Category) at ₹22.50 per share. • Up to 60,00,000 convertible warrants issued at ₹22.50 per warrant to Strategic Investors (Public Category). • 1,10,34,070 equity shares to be issued to shareholders of Sri Adhikari Brothers Digital Network Private Limited pursuant to amalgamation.
