• Apollo Ceramics Limited, a subsidiary of Apollo Pipes, has acquired 76% stake and profit sharing rights in Mazzini Tiles LLP. • The acquisition is in line with the company's strategy to expand its presence in the tiles and ceramics business. • Mazzini Tiles LLP reported a turnover of ₹87.15 Crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. • The cost of acquisition is ₹40.42 Crore. • The company's Board-approved investment plan for the tiles and ceramics business is up to ₹300 crore.
