• Board approved acquisition of 25,000 equity shares of Shreenath Paper Industries Private Limited (SPIPL), an associate company • Acquisition price is ₹10 per equity share, aggregating to ₹2,50,000 • The company currently holds 50% of SPIPL's equity share capital; post-acquisition, holding will increase to 75% • SPIPL will become a subsidiary of the company upon completion • Board has authorized Directors to undertake necessary acts for the acquisition
