• Zodiac Energy Limited has received purchase orders for the execution of solar power systems. • Entity-1 awarded an order for two solar PV power plants aggregating to 9,640 Kwp (DC). • Entity-2 awarded an order for a solar PV power plant of 5,405 Kwp (DC). • Entity-3 awarded an order for a solar PV power plant of 5,405 Kwp (DC). • Entity-4 awarded an order for a solar PV power plant of 4,310 Kwp (DC). • The total capacity of the awarded projects is 24,760 Kwp. • All orders are from domestic entities and are to be executed within 6 months.
