• Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd (HSCL) approved a scheme of arrangement to demerge the Tyre Business from Dalmia Bharat Refractories Ltd (DBRL). • The Tyre Business, with a turnover of ₹149.31 Cr as of March 31, 2026, represents 3.39% of HSCL's total turnover. • The scheme is subject to approvals from regulatory authorities and stock exchanges.
